Wondering how to navigate the holidays in an angry world?

You're not alone

The holidays are a time of joy, celebration, and giving. But for many people, the pressures of hosting and finding the perfect gifts, complicated family relationships, and a hectic schedule can be a source of stress and anxiety. Add to that the second year of a global pandemic and a deeply divided culture, and it’s no surprise that some of us are feeling a little apprehensive headed into the holidays.

But it doesn’t have to be this way. Content Empowered Learning has assembled a group of wise, wonderful people to help you step into the holidays with peace of mind, regardless of what’s ahead this holiday season.

Whether you’re worried about speaking up, keeping the peace, or scaling back your holiday celebrations, we’ve got your covered.

Serenity is just around the corner

Let the experts teach you how it's done

Imagine being centered and grounded through all the chaos. Imagine what it will feel like to just enjoy the season. Imagine speaking up, standing tall, and staying true to yourself, even in the face of the most outspoken holiday guest. Imagine giving your kids a sense of joy and tranquility, no matter what’s going on in the world. Imagine creating the holiday that best suits you and your family, regardless of outside pressures to go, go, go.

Business Coach to Introverted Entrepreneurs

Julie Greenham

Julie Greenham began her entrepreneurial journey in 2014 as a French tutor. But it wasn’t until she discovered mindfulness that she began to fully lean into her gifts as a leader and coach. It was then that she knew she needed to find a way to help other women make the connection between mindfulness and success. This was the missing puzzle piece for Julie to better understand herself, as well as connect with and support her clients on a whole new level.

Julie is a certified coach through the Certified Coaches Federation, a member of Shelagh Cummins’ Road to Seven coaching team, and host of The Quiet Powerhouse Podcast. Julie is also the founder of The Mindful Entrepreneur Membership, a professional support and development community for introverted entrepreneurs that provides unbelievable professional and personal growth, and teachers members how to quiet an overactive mind and operate from a place of confidence and authenticity.

When she’s not working with clients, Julie can be found hanging out with her two kids, trying new vegan recipes, and exploring nature trails near her home, practicing mindfulness every step of the way.

“Introversion can be your superpower – if you let it. Becoming more mindful and aware is the first step towards authentic growth and unprecedented success in your business and your life.”

“As an extrovert, I found the perspective of an introvert very refreshing. Sometimes as an extrovert we tend to believe that because the other party is not expressing their opinion that they just do not have one. What the Summit made me realize is that silence does not mean a lack of feeling. If we want to truly be inclusive we must make room for different kinds of expression… [I was reminded that] I need to be more attentive to those that need to retreat from confrontation… Sometimes as extroverts we tend to forget how difficult it can feel to navigate a room full of boisterous people and [the Serene Summit] was a refreshing reminder that silence is also strength.”
